Can we order sibling photos together?

Yes! When logging in with your password, click on "Enter another password". You can enter up to five passwords simultaneously. This unlocks all available photos. You can order them combined and save on shipping costs.

Where can we see the status of our order, such as payment received, production, or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click the link in your order email on Order Details. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and email address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Existing Customer". You will then find the order details under "My Account".

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on two factors. First, the payment method – PayPal and direct debit orders are executed immediately. Prepayments typically take 3-4 days longer. Second, delivery time depends on the products you choose. Production times can be found in the respective product information.

Is the logo (watermark) removed from the photo?

Of course! The watermark is only there for protection against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

I work exclusively with selected specialized labs. These labs use high-quality materials from reputable suppliers to ensure no compromises in quality. Should any errors occur, I will of course take care of them.

Can the image section be adjusted?

Yes. You have the option in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image section, an enlargement of that specific area will be created. Pay attention to the stars that indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

I rarely order online – how can I order photos here?

Select a photo from an album that you like and click "Order Photo". Then choose the product of your choice, enter the quantity, and click the button: "Add to Cart". Once you've added all the photos you like to your cart, click "Cart" in the top right and follow the remaining instructions.

Availability

Photos can be ordered for one month after they are published in the gallery. Due to storage limitations, photos are then deleted.

Watermark

The watermark on the photos is solely for protection. When you order the photos, the watermark is removed from the images. Both for digital downloads and print products.

Delivery Time

After payment is received, photos are shipped to you immediately. Delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. Digital downloads can be downloaded directly.

Quality

Photos are produced by our specialized professional lab. We use exclusively high-quality and durable materials. Silk paper in particular is ideal for portraits.
